Refund policy
Not eligible for refunds/replacements: if the wrong size, color, or artwork was ordered, if you changed your mind after delivery, or if the print placement is within normal production tolerances
Damages and issues
Damaged or defective items: we offer a free replacement or a full refund. You need to report it within 30 days of delivery and include: a clear photo of the issue, a photo of the barcode label, and your Printumo Order ID
- 48 hours: you need to notify us about the damage within 48 hours of delivery (and include photos).
- 30 days: you have up to 30 days from delivery to submit the claim for a free replacement or full refund (with the required photos and your Order ID).
Late delivery: we don’t offer refunds just for late delivery, but if the item arrives damaged, that’s covered as above.
